Mi Gente, which translates to My People, was created with a mission to promote career opportunities and development for the Hispanic and Latinx community here at Power. We aim to create a culture of unity and belonging for the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our people.

Mi Gente exists to encourage people of Hispanic and Latinx descent to celebrate their diverse cultures, history, experiences and identities— while they are celebrated for their personal and professional growth and accomplishments.
