The goal of the Black Empowerment Resource Group (B.E.R.G.) is to create and sustain an inclusive environment within Power to recruit, support, retain, and advance Black employees at all levels.  With a strong commitment to leadership development, we hope to provide a platform to network and share experiences with a goal to accelerate personal and professional growth.
